We are Taking Extreme Precautions Ensure Your Safety

As the Coronavirus crisis continues to evolve, we are all learning more every day about how to safeguard our wonderful customers and our valued staff. When the virus first made the news, Jackson's Moving took precautionary steps beyond our already high standards of cleanliness. Effective tomorrow, March 17, we are implementing additional steps:

  • First, we will be limiting the number of daily moves so that we can completely clean all our equipment between moves.

  • Second, and customers with existing moves scheduled can reschedule to a time that is more comfortable or convenient.

To ensure the continued safety of our customers and staff, our team has already implemented these current precautionary measures.

  • We always use hospital-grade sanitizers on all equipment and retail surfaces and we follow manufacturer's instructions. During this time, we have worked with the manufacturer of our sanitizer and have changed our protocols to meet recently released standards to address Coronavirus.

  • Our staff are required to wash hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds, especially after going to the restroom, before eating, and after coughing or sneezing.

  • Hand sanitizer dispensers are available in all trucks for customer and staff use.

  • Additional training on cleaning practices and standards has been implemented with all staff members.

Jackson's Moving is taking the concerns around Coronavirus very seriously and will continue to monitor best practices around ensuring that our facilities are sanitized properly.
